John Ellis Builders started trading under the name of JGW Ellis and Sons many years ago by the first generation John Ellis. It was then changed to John Ellis Builders in 1988 by John Ellis, the second generation. Since then John has been joined by his son Adam who is now in charge of the day to day running the company.
We pride ourselves on the personal level of involvement and communication that is required to make the project run smoothly, ensuring the client’s requirements are fulfilled.
We are members of The Federation of Master Builders and also registered with NHBC.
The company has been involved in a wide variety of projects amounting a vast knowledge of the building industry. Projects have included new builds, barn conversions, extensions, alterations, basements, loft conversions and industrial buildings.
John Ellis Builders normally works as the principle contractor and can provide all trades needed such as electrics, plumbing, heating, joinery, plastering/damp proofing and decoration on top of everything required to build the fabric of the property.
The building industry is constantly changing and different methods of construction and products are always coming forward to the market. We keep up to date with these developments and where apropriate implement them in the projects we undertake.
