Complete remodel of existing house including rendering.
The ground floor was rearranged including a new staircase. All rooms were rewired and heating altered with the installation of a new boiler. The bathrooms were reworked and re fitted and tiled.The exterior of the house was reroofed in blue slate and rendered in a through colour render.
