Conversion of a former dentist practice to form a single dwelling. This involved the tanking of the basement including reducing level and new floors to create habitable rooms.
The loft required steel supports to upgrade the floor and roof structure to form a bedroom with ensuite.
The remainder of the house was completely updated with new bathrooms and a kitchen.
The site had a few restrictions on parking and being over four floors meant that the management of labour, materials and waste were very important to make the project a success and bring it in on time and on budget.
