Conversion of loft including reroofing. Conversion of basement and extension to the rear ground floor, including landscaping to front garden.
The property was occupied during the whole of the works.We started with conversion of the loft to form bedrooms and a bathroom. This involved replacing the slate roof, installation of steel to support the floors and roof structure. Insulating and finishing of internal rooms.The second stage involved the conversion of the existing basement. This required tanking and new floors before the internal fit out was completed.Also in this stage was the formation of the formal front gardens including hard and soft landscaping.The third stage involved an extension to the rear of the property with detailed stonework to enlarge and rearrange the rooms to the rear of the ground floor.
