The existing house had not been touched for many years and required rewiring, new plumbing and heating, re-roofing and refurbishing many of the original features.Some windows were repaired and some replaced, all to the satisfaction of the listings officer.A central double height hall way was added with a lantern light above. New kitchen and bathrooms were installed, completely decorated and wooden and tiled floors fitted.Outside a new driveway was formed with electric gates. A terrace was added with balustrading, paving and a formal water feature including all hard and soft landscaping.
